Scans for Monday 1/27

Hey, guys.

Sorry these are late, but you should have the books already anyway, and my scanner was being persnickity. ;)

Reminder that the last day to officially withdraw is Monday.  If you're having attendance issues, to get the W is better than the WU.

Essay 2

Annotated Bibliography.

1.)  Choose a topic related to pop culture and the readings in the anthology.  Feel free to run this topic past me.

2.)  Use the databases to find 8 academic sources related to your topic.  The other 2 sources will come from the anthology.

3.)  For each source, gather all of the works cited information.  Under that information, write 2 paragraphs:
1.)  A short paragraph (5-6 sentences) summarizing the article.
2.)  A short paragraph (5-6 sentences) discussing whether this source will or will not help you develop an argument, and why or why not.

4.)  Before the Annotated Bib is turned in, make sure the references are in alphabetical order, with all citation information, and with hanging text.

Examples (although these are slightly different than what I'm asking for):
